I’m a runner, coach, person who leads with heart, and someone who loves exploring the world with my husband -Ā  then come home to snuggleĀ our yellow lab, Brooks. I grew up in aĀ small town in eastern PA, but now call Pittsburgh home.

I found running after my college soccer days ended, during a season where I honestly felt a little lost. I never thought running would be my thing. I actually hated it for years (like so many others). But then I crossed my first finish line with my college besties and everything changed. The whole ā€œone foot in front of the otherā€ and ā€œme vs. meā€ mentality hooked me, and this sport has shaped my mind, my body, and my career ever since.

One of the biggest passions of mine as a coachĀ is helping runners who are coming back from injury or doubt. The ones who aren’t sure if their body can still do the things they dream about. I love reminding people that their best days aren’t behind them, and watching them rebuild trust in themselves mile by mile.

I’m big on helping runners realize they’re capable of way more than they think… and that chasing big goals can actually be fun! Getting to be part of someone’s running story still feels like the coolest, most meaningful thing.

I'm Christine andĀ I am one of the co-founders of Relentless Runners and coaching/running the business is what I do full time and it’s the most AMAZING ā€œjobā€ ever.

I am a mom of 3 kids and wife to my high school sweetheart and I live in Western NY.

My passion for running has grown from hating every minute in high school, to running marathons, gaining friends,Ā loving the sport and starting a business to coach others. Everything from taking runfies, crossing the finish line, laughing with run buddies, challenging myself, and learning how to live in the pain cave is why I continue to lace up. It has taught me to push through hard times in all areas of life. It has gotten me through some of the hardest points in my life and I always say if it wasn't for running I don't know where I would be.Ā 

I love to work with pregnant and postpartum mamas who are trying to learn how to strengthen their pelvic floor to keep them strong and running. I have multiple pregnancy and postpartum programs (called Bump Runner) that I’ve created as a result of this passion, and are now available here.

As a mom, I understand the daily grind to find time for yourself and I sympathize with it while also being realistic about finding ways to give back to YOU.

My coaching approach is a mix of scientific based methods along with a personalized touch of intuition and experience.

Running is a part of me in so many ways - ask anyone who knows me. I am always pushing myself to be bigger, better, faster, and stronger. One of my life mottos is, "Do what you need to do today to get to where you want to be tomorrow."Ā If you want to buy a house, start saving today.Ā If you want to run a marathon, start training today. Set yourself up for success.Ā It all comes down to a choice.

Hey, I'm Audrey! I’m a mom of two boys, Cooper and Camden!

Running and I haven't always seen eye to eye, but I can't remember my life without it!Ā  I have been around this sport so long (16 years!) that helping others see the beauty in reaching goals is where my heart strives to be!Ā 

I grew up a competitive soccer player but turned to cross country in 8th grade and honestly haven't looked back since. Running became part of my life and through a college scholarship I continued my dream. Crazy to think I was an 800 meter runner one season and a 5k cross country runner the next!Ā 

After graduating I moved to the hills of Knoxville, Tennessee (hello Smoky Mountains)!! Being able to call myself a marathoner was a lifelong dream that became a reality in 2015! 4 marathons and 1 Boston marathon later, I only hope that I can pour my love of this sport on all aspiring runners!Ā 

I love to travel and see the world by foot, one of the coolest experiences being I ran across Ireland! This sport is nothing without friends, as I love Ragnar Relays and going through the journey of a race and training with someone next to you makes it so much more enjoyable! Being a coach, I hope to be apart of the journey with you and help you reach your goals!!Ā 

Running has taken me through so many periods of my life and it changes all the time, but one thing is for sure, I wouldn't be me without it.

If I've learned anything it is, no one can tell you how big your dream can be! No matter what that may be!! Through hard work and the never ending belief that you will achieve it, we can make it happen!Ā

Hi, I’m Lauren! I love runcations, yoga and reading anything running related I can get my hands on. I am a sports medicine physical therapist and yoga instructor. Marathons are my jam but I have also fallen in love with ultra marathons and trail running. I used to coach Crossfit but have decided to put my focus on my true passion of running but still dabble in Crossfit because I honestly can’t stay away.Ā 

I really enjoy doing charity work so I have married the two and use running to raise money for causes that are important to me. In 2019, I ran across the US on an ultra marathon relay team with MS Run The US. My segment was 167 miles over 6 days and I truly enjoyed every step, every ice bath in a unicorn princess pool and living in an RV for the week. I’ve ran as a guide in the Boston marathon for my friend who has MS and that is when I realized I truly enjoy helping people achieve their goals through running. Your goals with running go way beyond just setting a PR and I hope I can help you formulate and achieve those goals.Ā
